- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The older Caucasian lady who work the front desk was very rude. Huffed and puffed as she assisted me. Drugged her shoulders when she answered my questions her body language was very negative. If someone who does not have a passion for working with people should not be working with people. My first initial visit was great period but I have had some confusion so I needed further assistance. My second time coming the Caucasian lady was there and she was not very friendly or welcoming or helpful. All African American women who have to get government assistance on the stereotypical type of black people there are actually people who want to do something with their lives but just need a little help. I feel as if my skin color was different I would have been treated a little bit better. Too bad there's nowhere else to goBy Daija P, January 29, 2017
